Rice Industry Awards annual gala dinner. An evening showcasing Australia’s leading agricultural experts. Joined by agriculture senior level stakeholders, State and Federal Agriculture Department representatives, industry experts, and rice growers.

We worked closely with the Ricegrowers’ Association to design and deliver the Rice Growers Association Gala dinner. An end to end project execution, our creative team brought the brief to life through styling, design, event communications and overall project management.

Textured linen tablecloths and local wildflowers filled the room with a warm, organic and relaxed setting. The theme took inspiration from the Australian rice fields, with an amalgamation of wild foliage with pops of naturally occurring floral and seeded plants. Candle light featured down each table brought ambiance, warmth and a pop of colour to the space.

Our team of events and partnership specialists managed the end to end execution of the event from developing a sponsorship strategy to creating a compelling and recognisable event identity. Drawing inspiration from the landscape, the event theme was bold, earthy, and impactful, capturing the essence of the industry's future-oriented vision.

Guests experienced a range of touchpoints such as personalised pre and post event communications, a welcome to the country by a Bangerang Elder, panellist and guest speaker discussions about the future of Australian rice industry, and a post conference tour to local farms.
