Rice Growers, Industry experts, and State and Federal Agriculture Department representatives made their way to regional Victoria for a multi-day conference centered around connection, education and innovation.

The Ricegrowers' Association of Australia Inc. (RGA) engaged us to manage the planning and execution of the 2022 Australian Rice Growers Conference. 

The objective was clear: to create an experience that celebrates and showcases the resilience and importance of the Australian rice industry. Bringing together over 250 agricultural professionals for two unforgettable days, the conference set out to reinvigorate and inspire attendees through education, support and future led conversations.

By bringing industry and influence together we were able to celebrate the past and plan big for the future, all whilst retaining our roots.

Our team of events and partnership specialists managed the end to end execution of the event from developing a sponsorship strategy to creating a compelling and recognisable event identity. Drawing inspiration from the landscape, the event theme was bold, earthy, and impactful, capturing the essence of the industry's future-oriented vision.

 Guests experienced a range of touchpoints such as personalised pre and post event communications, a welcome to the country by a Bangerang Elder, panellist and guest speaker discussions about the future of Australian rice industry, and a post conference tour to local farms.
