To drive awareness of the Woodstock brand among targeted consumer groups.
Identifying V8 events as a key means for talking to our customer target, we planned a flexible event site and activation program that would drive presence of the Woodstock brand through various V8 sponsorships throughout the year.
The first V8 sponsorship for 2016 at Clipsal Adelaide saw Woodstock activate a branded corporate suite for their clients, a Woodstock garden bar, and the Woodstock band in GA along with a new edition of a Woodstock branded 1964 Ford pickup ute. The Woodstock Babes roamed the event, spreading brand presence and consumer interaction beyond specific event spaces.
Clipsal saw great success for the Woodstock brand, and set the precedent for future V8 activations. Increased branding via signage, the Woodstock Babes, and the Woodstock ute meant strong visibility across Clipsal and the band drew great numbers to the Woodstock areas on ground.
