To link the Schweppes Birdcage marquee to their new brand campaign “Let It Out”. The focus of the new campaign is telling the stories behind the unique ingredients in Schweppes' time-honoured recipes and 233 year history. Bar Schweppes brought to life the untold stories of the secret Schweppes recipes and the magic of Schweppervescence.

Communicate the Schweppes’s legacy of sophistication, imagination, quality & real ingredients through a full sensory experience. Create a marquee which is the place to be for taste and tastemakers, with emphasis on quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship sourced from all corners of the globe.

In collaboration with the talented team at Gloss Creative we developed a contemporary space filled with Schweppervescence bubbles and the real ingredients behind the famous Schweppes’ classic mixers. Bar Schweppes brought quality, style and sophistication, taking race-goers through a multi-sensorial journey. A tantalising canape menu was intricately designed using the real ingredients of Schweppes’ classic mixers.
