Kraft Foods provide product donations to the community as part of their corporate KPIs. Donations are reported at board level requiring a sophisticated system of data collection. Criteria for donation include providing to specified community groups and alignment with Kraft Foods corporate community values.

To manage, apply selection criteria to, distribute and report on Kraft Foods product donations, and liaise with Kraft Foods management.

In close liaison with Kraft Foods management, we developed a daily response and request management system, putting a stock management and fulfilment system in place alongside a request database and reporting mechanism.
