To grow and build a long standing connection between young people, their careers and AustralianSuper via the KickStart campaign, an established AustralianSuper initiative.
Create campaign that increases participation in the KickStart career accelerator competition and further establishes AustralianSuper as a brand that wants to help young people work towards the career they’ve always wanted.
We offered people at the start of their careers content that either informed, inspired, created opportunities or educated. By utilising the large network of our key media partners Nova Entertainment, and amplifying the campaign’s seeded content from third-party news, entertainment and lifestyle sites we were able to get our message seen by young people all across the country.
The campaign came to life with a finale event day in which 40 KickStart winners were flown to Sydney to participate in a day of career development and mentorship from established professionals at Nova’s Red Room. The success of event reflected wider campaign results, and demonstrated that AustralianSuper is a brand committed to helping young people be their best. Our content was seen more than 2 million times across the campaign, and consistently attracted positive feedback and engagement.
