Cadbury Tokyo Incentive

Brief

Brief

To create a unique and aspirational event rewarding independent retailers and their families for ‘Painting their store purple’. The event needed to generate talkability amongst the retailer community to build a strong desire to reach annual goals and be a winner the following year.

Strategy

Strategy

To create an exciting and desirable program to Tokyo for all members of the family to enjoy. We gave winners the chance to experience this dazzling city with its traditional culture and passion for everything new.

Execution

Execution

We delivered a unique five day holiday for 15 families in Tokyo. The city offered an array of activities including sumo wrestling, views of Mt Fuji, open air galleries, sushi making, Tokyo Disneyland, and traditional temples to name a few. A program highlight was personal kimono fittings for all guests to attend our gala dinner at the stunning Happoen Gardens in the heart of the city. Guests took part in traditions including a sake barrel opening ceremony and enjoyed Japanese drummers. Willett Marketing managed guest liaison, flights, transfers, accommodation, dinners and activities for 60 people over the 5 days, providing on site hosting for a seamless experience.
